San Pancho was prudently designed and constructed in the 1970's by
former Mexican President Luis Echevarria. The village was intended
to be a model for all third world countries. From the two schools, to
a modern hospital and the orderly street development, his plan is a
benefit for all who live and vacation in San Pancho today.
Each day you will be able to experience the warmth of San Pancho's
sun kissed beach or explore the tropical jungle with its exotic
flora and wildlife. From palm trees to the many beautiful native
tropical flowers, with abundant natural wildlife, a tropical atmosphere
